Abstract

In this paper we will take a close look at the production of the city's accounting registers, highlighting those intended to be archived and their specific characteristics. Then, through the study of the city's statutes, we will show the characteristics of the city's storage sites and their evolution from the end of the 13th century to the mid-14th century.
